If you own a well, you are the CEO of your own utility. Normally, for real estate transfers for selling or refinancing a house, you'll need a DNR-compliance well inspection with water tests. Rock-Well Well & Pump Service Inc is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and has a certified operators license for inspections.
Our Inspection Services Include
- Looking for code-compliance issues and if the system is working properly - it's put through an entire cycle
- Looking at the size, location, and height and see if the pressure tank is working properly
- Sometimes, we can tell if the pump is getting weak, so we run the water for about 20 minutes to mimic heavy usage in a house
